Sourdough Croutons

croutons are a fantastic way to use up old bread. any sourdough will work, but we LOVE to use old focaccia.

Makes 4-5 big handfuls

What You’ll Need:

2 pieces old focaccia/half a loaf sourdough bread (about 250g) cut into 2cm cubes

2 tbsp olive oil

pinch kosher sea salt flakes

What To Do:

heat oven to 350°F

pop the cubed bread on a big sheet pan. pour over the olive oil and sprinkle with the salt. toss to combine.

spread the cubes out evenly on the sheet pan. place in oven for about 15 mins until golden.
